Weaving is a slow, meditative, and ritualistic process that forces me to be present, engaged, and in the moment.  Each piece is unique and has its own story. As it is woven on the loom the beauty of the materials are revealed and embody an unquantifiable quality and worth. Each piece is an opportunity to create something that is of high quality, beauty, and will last a lifetime.

Primarily working with fibers Kristen explores various techniques and mediums in her work including metal, wood, plaster, ceramics, and resin. Kristen lives and works in Northern Minnesota.
